Hello!

My name is Caroline and I'm so glad you're here! I have been teaching movement since 2018 and I am passionate about mobility, corrective exercise, and keeping athletes healthy.

Throughout my life, I’ve sustained multiple orthopedic injuries which has since spurred my fascination of rehabilitation science and strength & conditioning. As an intern strength & conditioning coach with University of Washington Football, I discovered that my love for strength training and yoga could exist in the same environment. I began leading yoga for the NHL Seattle Kraken and a variety of University of Washington athletic teams including men’s and women’s golf, rowing, and tennis. By request of individual athletes I also provided smaller personalized group sessions for specific mobility restrictions.

My experience as a yoga instructor allows me to provide recovery sessions for athletes, flexibility focused flows, and a fresh approach for warm up and movement preparation utilizing S&C principles. The application of yoga in this environment also allows athletes to practice nervous system regulation which can lead to increased focus and mindfulness in their sport.

Can’t wait to connect with you!
